Libby Mauk joins the lab as a Capstone student in the Masters of Biomedical Sciences program at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Molecular Biosciences PhD program first year student Thushara Nethramangalath starts her second rotation. Surprisingly, Libby comes with a background in tuberculosis as part of “Team TB”, a small undergraduate team that created the concept for a self-sustaining TB treatment and surveillance program. This idea was awarded funding by the Clinton Global Initiative/Clinton Foundation. Welcome Thushara and Libby!
